Animal Protector Code

There are quite a few people at present whose level of intellect and morals makes it impossible for them to realize that the life of an animal, albeit nobody's homeless cat, is too dear a price for the desire to let one's four-legged pet dog gambol as much as he would like to, his specific pastime being running after any living creature and mutilating it for no reason. It is particularly horrible, when a person justifies walking his dog without a dog's lead, putting the permanently growing number of his dog's casualties to "natural selection". Natural selection is interpreted as the right of the stronger one to kill the weaker one.
This primitive truth, carefully instilled in the minds of all people as a postulate from school onwards (and often, as a law governing existence for those succeeding in life), whereby the stronger one survives, while the weaker one dies, was proclaimed by Ch. Darwin as a natural driver of evolution and was named the law of natural selection.
However, millions of year back, long before man emerged, there were no predator-victim relations on the Earth, and all animals existed without eating or destroying one another, i.e. without cruelty. According to one hypothesis, there occurred an interplanetary catastrophe, which resulted in a change of the Earth's gravitational constant, curvature of space, and there emerged cruelty on the Earth for the first time, with animals divided into predators and their victims. However, according to the Creator, it was the emergence of man that was to adjust this glitch on the planet Earth, and man was to learn how to prevent cruelty among the living creatures. To solve this truly super problem, the Creator, from the outset, endowed man with a fine feeling of injustice (tactful heart) and super powers (telepathy, teleportation, telekinesis) that were in possession of the people of Atlantida, but were eventually lost because they had never been used as was planned (it is an open secret that nowadays man can only use 3 to 10% of his potentials, the rest are blocked). We have ample proof that man is capable of overcoming successfully the law of natural selection: in apartments, animals coexist peacefully, while had they encountered one another in nature, they would have destroyed one another; many diseases that used to be regarded as fatal, are cured today. The law of natural selection is a misunderstanding and a malfunction in the universe, and if man goes along with this and regards it as a norm, he ceases to be a man.
And it a way of the world that man is penalized for his own mistakes by the same laws he chose to adhere to in life. It is inevitable that, sooner or later, a protagonist of natural selection will find himself in the position of a victim, and in the circumstances, where supernatural powers do not assist him as he is in conflict with supreme laws of mankind - morality laws.
Our first inherent feeling evoked by the sight of a cruel scene is the feeling of compassion, an our first unconscious desire is one to rectify an imperfect world and restore justice. This is an order of one's heart.
Therefore, we are convinced that the object and duty of every human being is to prevent cruelty among any living creatures on the Earth. Failure to participate in discharging this task and creation of sham values instead, to which a person, at times not realizing what he is doing, devotes all his life, man and humanity as a whole will be accountable to the Creator of nature.
